To access the Professional Registration System (PRS), you will need Singpass and Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) to login.

For Singpass Eligible User

Please set up SMS 2FA or download Singpass Mobile in order to log in to PRS. Click here for more information on how to setup your 2FA.

For Non Singpass Eligible User

Please set up 2FA using Google Authenticator (GA) in order to protect your login to the PRS. For more information on how to set up your 2FA on GA, refer to this User Guide for PRS login with Google Authenticator 2FA [PDF, 520 KB].

For HR personnel/CPE Providers

Please log in using both a Singpass user account and an existing SMC account.
Please note that since 11 April 2021, corporate users are required to login to government digital services for businesses (G2B) using Singpass. Find out more: https://go.gov.sg/corporate-login
