Providers from Private Healthcare Institutions

Applicants must plan at least 4 CME activities a year with minimum average 15 doctors per activity, and have at least 5 doctors in their private healthcare organisation.

Criteria

  1. The applicant organisation must have a valid Healthcare Services Act (HCSA) licence issued by the Ministry of Health, Singapore.

  2. The applicant must produce plans to organise at least 4 CME activities a year with a minimum average attendance of 15 doctors per activity. The activities should serve to maintain, develop or increase the knowledge, skills and professional performance of a doctor.

  3. There are at least 5 medical doctors in the private healthcare organisation.

  4. If the activities are planned on an ad-hoc basis (e.g. 1 or 2 times per year), applicants are advised to look for co-organisers, which are SMC-accredited providers, to apply for CME accreditation on their behalf.
