Commencement of the Medical Registration (Amendment) Act 2020

The Ministry of Health (MOH) and the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) inform all registered medical practitioners of the following:
a) the commencement of the Medical Registration (Amendment) Act 2020 on 1 July 2022; and
b) the establishment of the Disciplinary Commission by MOH.
