Conclusion of Renewal of Practising Certificates (PCs) for year 2026 for All Conditionally and Fully Registered Medical Practitioners

1. We wish to inform that the renewal of PCs for year 2026 has concluded.

2. The Practising Certificate is in electronic format (e-PC).

3. To view and download your e-PC, please follow the steps below:

(a) Login to the Professional Registration System (PRS) at www.smc.gov.sg

(b) At the left menu, click “Administration” followed by “View Certificates”

(c) Click on the hyperlink under “PC Period”

4. In view of the backend system updating of new PC records in PRS from 1 January 2026 00:00 hours onwards, you may experience some slowness, error logging in to PRS and/ or delay in your PC records update in both PRS and the Singpass app. Please allow a few days for the system update to complete before logging in to check your PC records. If you are unable to view your e-PC in PRS or digital PC on Singpass app after the first week of January, please contact us at smc_pcrenewal@spb.gov.sg.
