Contact Notification: Removal of Names from SMC’s Register of Medical Practitioners

Pursuant to section 31(f) of the Medical Registration Act 1997, the name of any person who has not renewed his practising certificate (PC) for a continuous period of at least two years, and who cannot be contacted or sent any document using his particulars in the Register of Medical Practitioners, shall be removed from the said Register.

The Singapore Medical Council (SMC) would like to get in touch with the following conditionally registered medical practitioners who cannot be contacted or sent any document using his particulars in the SMC Register and who have not renewed their PCs in the continuous period of the last two years or longer.
