Online applications will be unavailable due to planned system migration (23 Nov to 16 Dec 2013)

Please be informed that as part of SMC’s continuing efforts to upgrade our computer systems, we will be migrating the current Professional Registration System to a new system.  In preparation for the system launch, all online applications will be unavailable from 23 November to 16 December 2013.  During this period, please submit any application in hardcopy to the following address:

For doctors who wish to submit your CME claims, you may wish to do so after 16 December.
