Renewal of PCs in December 2013 for conditionally or fully registered medical practitioners

  1. We are pleased to announce that the renewal of PCs in December 2013 for conditionally or fully registered medical practitioners has been completed.

  2. We have sent the new PC to you via one of the following channels:

    1. HR / Medical Affairs personnel of the restructured institutions (for doctors who are employed by restructured institutions); or

    2. Normal mail or registered mail (if you have opted & paid for it) to your preferred mailing address

  3. If you have not received your PC, please contact us no later than 15 January 2014 at 

    smc_pcrenewal@smc.gov.sg
